We started our project to replace our HVAC System in March by contacting multiple vendors to obtain quotes. My recollection is that Warren Heating and Cooling was the second contractor contacted. Scott Kelley arrived as promised and was extremely knowledgeable and offered several different options for us to consider. Every other contractor offered similar advise. One of the last contractors that wished to quote made promises and offers that seemed to good to be true and as it turned out, it was exactly that. But there seemed to be significant savings so we gave them several extra weeks to produce the final quote. It never arrived. I contacted Warren Heating and Cooling in early April and asked to be put on the schedule, they filed for permits and once those were obtained we were ready to start the project. As promised the installers showed up at 7:30 AM Friday the 29th of April and started work immediately. They covered the floors, went over the details and completed the entire job in one day, albeit a long day (14 hours). My one and only comment is that they were great. They did what they promised and at the price they quoted.
